After having organized 30 successful shopping festivals all over the country since 1992, the company 'Services (India) Pvt Ltd' decided to hold property shows under its popular 'Best of India' brand. In its very first attempt in the year 2008, the company held two property shows in India and two in UK, In India – one in Gurgaon and the other in Noida & In UK – one in London and the other in Birmingham with a good footfall of visitors in all the events.

In the current year, the company has taken its brand to the doorsteps of NRIs. Its maiden show in Birmingham was met with a reasonably good success. Our forthcoming show is sheduled to be held at ITEC, Sharjah (UAE) from 8 - 10 December 2011.

As a sequel to its brand, the company pursues the policy of presenting best of the residential and commercial properties that India offers to intending property buyers and investors. Naturally, this policy calls for roping in leading builders and realty promoters with support from equally big banks and financial institutions for property loan purposes. No wonder then the participants profile of 'BEST OF INDIA PROPERTY EXPO' is virtually 'Who is Who' of the realty sector in India.
